Pressure vessels are vessels operating uncle an external or internal pressure exceeding 1.03 Kg/cm7g. Elgin has manufactured several pressure vessels for respected customers like FMC Corp. , UB petroproducts, Reliance Group, etc for the past 20 years.

We have performed under inspection by reputed international agencies like Bureau Veritas, RINA , TUV, DNV and almost all national agencies including EIL.

Design/Manufacturing Code

•  We conform to the following codes:

  4. EN 13445

  We can provide design verification on softwares like PVElite, COMPRESS, etc.

We have designed vessels of max size of 40 ma (3000 mm dia x 6000 mm long). We have worked with shells having max thickness of 56 mm and dishes of upto 65 mm thickness. Our heaviest job has been of 30 tonnes in a single piece. We are approved by Chief Control of Explosives.(CCOE) We can also carry out Finite Element Analysis for vessels that require them.
